Hola!

Ok, we have a group of soldiers to send things to!  Here is our contact's
letter:


Where in Afghanistan: near Kandahar (1)
Contact for approx number of Male soldiers: 23 (2)
Contact for approx number of Female soldiers: 7 (2)
Expected to leave Afghanistan: 01 Apr 2005 (3)

13 Jul 2004:
We are currently pulling long missions, which are not giving us any time to
purchase products which are needed. Alot of us are out on missions for days
at a time, eating nothing but MRE's, with no time to pick up anything else.
We are currently living in tents, with 15 to a tent, which we are actually
lucky for this. It is very, very hot here, and its just the begining of
summer, but I guess that means we have the winter to look forward to. We all
greatly apprechiate anything that is sent. Not only will it help us out with
things that can be used, its also a morale boster, knowing peolple out there
still care. Thank you to all of those who contribute to this wonderful idea!
You can never know what little things make such a big difference.

So, what would you like to send her commrades??  Though they are entering
the summer months, winter will be upon them soon enough, too. An idea that
occured to me for our knitters and weavers out there, they might be able to
use scarves and the such, too!
