He will not be in attendance at DFT.  However, his birthday is coming up in about 15 days and a gathering of people in the Transitional Care Unit could hold court there and bestow it upon him in person, along with a "Duckie" sized birthday party <hint,hint, hint>
I should have the information of his new room number and phone number within the next day.

  As Wormy is already a No-Count, he must be made a Duck. If we have a Foole's Revel before the next official event (Elfsea) then it can be done there. Otherwise I would think that Dragonsfire Tor's Yule is a good time to hold His final court. As he may not be there, I think that we should allow him to receive this accolade without his presence.
