Your Excellency,

Shelter will be wonderful, and I would be glad to assist in any way to
put up what is available. If we do not have walls for the Blue and
white, can we put up some large banners to serve as wind breaks?

Remember that if the "R" word starts, the Blue and White is not water
proof, and will only protect us so much.
