[Elfsea] December Scroll Submissions

Greetings from Sunny Mexico!

If you haven't already submitted for the month of December - today is
the final day.  I need all officer reports and submissions in today so
I may begin formatting the Scroll when I return from vacation.

Currently it looks like Don Valentyn will penning most the officer
reports for the month... either that or it will be a really thin
issue....
