[Elfsea] Missive from Wormy

Greetings unto the Populace of Elfsea, I have just received a phone call
from our Wormy with the following message to post on the Elfsea List.  These
are direct words from Wormy.

At this time, I must step down as Elfsea's King of Fools, due to mundane
medical reasons.  I am unable to continue my role as King of Fools.  My
Queen, Irena, shall be given the title "Queen Mother of Motley".

Raimond and Charles, please share the throne of malarkey with Phillip White
as your consort.
