Sounds like fun! It'll be good to see a variety of different things being 
made... the beer sounds interesting, as it'll be fun to compare its process 
to that of the melomel, as opposed to getting to compare fruit-mead with 
non-fruit-mead. :o)

I would love to get together for an evening about the practicalities. I'm 
curious as to whether sterilization through boiling alone is sufficient, or 
if you have to use chemicals... good sources of obtaining bottles for 
cheap... corks versus caps versus swingtops... colored glass versus clear 
glass... stuff like that, and whether or not things like mead have different 
bottle-type requirements than things like beer. If we could combine a 
meeting about practicalities with a meeting where we physically bottle 
something from the beginning (ie, going through all the sterilization work 
if time permits?), that would really help reenforce the subjects covered 
verbally.

The melomel hasn't self-destructed yet. Yay!

See you guys Thursday. The past two sessions were very interesting and 
informative, and I'd encourage others to come as well to give things a try!
