[Elfsea] Bjornsborg Baronial Investiture

Much as I'd like to be at Bjornsburg, I'll be turning over the Greywood
rapier title to someone else at Battle of the Pines.  I'm hoping it comes
back to Elfsea with one of our fighters.  :)
