Hello, Tom--Just wanted to let you know that we will be running an ad in the
Arlington Metro section of the Star-Telegram on the 29th and 31st of
October. It's about two columns wide by 6 inches, and is very similar in
content and appearance to the flyer. We are beginning to get phone calls
about the event, so I'm hoping for a great turnout. We are making
contingency plans for rainy weather or other issues that might cause
problems. Let me know if you need anything special in the way of set-up.
There is an area in the basement with a large kitchen and staff restrooms
that could be used by your group for breaks, costume changes or
whatever.--Debi
