[Elfsea] Troubling news about Lady Siobhan

"At roughly 10:30 am this morning, Lady Siobhan (Sandee Gutridge),
former Baroness of Elfsea and current A & S Minister, suffered some form
of cardiac episode, the severity of which is still being determined."
