I met a new friend this weekend, Sue Irvine, she owns a small Hotel in

She has group rates! For the Stepps Warlord Weekend she will offer a 
special discounted group rate. There are 4 rooms available which would 
sleep 12 @ $500.00 for a 2-night stay (regular price is $600). That comes 
out to a little over $40.00 per person for the weekend (about $20 per day).
