You need not bring anything except for a few bucks for something to eat/drink at Mc Donalds during classroom instruction between 4-4:45 at the Mc Donalds on Cooper and I20. Then you will need to bring a chair for the actual "List Mistress Practical" being done at the Mini-tourney at Joint Fighter Practice at 5:00 at Veteren's Park. It is also a good idea to bring water since it will be hot. I was thinking that we would set up under the big tree but if someone would like to bring a sun-shade pop-up pavillion that would be terrific.
 
Otherwise I will provide pens, Paper and notecards.

For those of you interested in learning a way to participate in the SCA we will be having a List Mistressing class on August 7th at 4:00. The first hour will be for "classroom" instruction. (Actual practice starts at 5). We will be meeting at a the Mc Donalds on Cooper and I20 at 4:00 in order to stay cool during instruction. Then it is off to fighter practice at Verteran Park in Arlington TX.
 
The format will be:
We will have fighters practice in a mini-tournament fashion. This will be a great way for new fighters to learn how to fight in tournament style, without the stress of an actual tournament. During the fighting the new "List Mistresses' " will keep score. This will give a realistic hands on knowledge of list mistressing.
 
If you would like to participate in this class please email me privately, I will then let you know where we are meeting.
