You might talk to Lord Crandal he is selling off some of his arrow
making materials, or let me know what size and color you need and I will
see if I have anything you could have, I think all I have are dark brown
and red, in 5/16th. but I have a few hundred of each.

You need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it
should, use WD-40. 
If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape
