Isn't Judy linen a bottom weight fabric? It is listed for shirts, skirts and jackets. 
  Fabrics Store lists that as a middle weight I would think. 
  sheer (3.5 oz)
light (4.3-4.6 oz)
middle (5.3-5.9 oz)
heavy (6-6.8 oz)
canvas (7.1-7.9 oz)
