[Elfsea] Positions still open for Kingdom A&S

There are only a few positions that you probably can't do if you are
competing. If you have not attended/competed in a Kingdom Arts and
Sciences competition, it is good to know that you can not be with your
entry while it is being judged, which allows you to be free to help
out. (Although it would be wonderful if all the staff can come from
those who are not competing. It can be a very stress-filled day for
those competing)
