[Elfsea] Deadline for the Elfsea Tidings (Formerly the Scroll)

Just a reminder that today is the deadline for the February Elfsea
Tidings.  Officers especially, please get your reports turned into to
Lady Sabine today.

If you have an article to submit for publication, now would be a good
time to do so!
