[Elfsea] Rapier Practice Cancelled

Due to cold, wet weather, Rapier Practice has been cancelled for today, as well.

Today is a good day to work on armor repairs (hey, Rixende, don't you need to replace some buttons?) and make sure that your kit is in good order for next weekend.

Remember that next weekend is the joint fighter practice and it will be at our regular spot at our regular time.
