[Elfsea] Idea for springfaire next year

I love the idea of another garb wars.  I also like the idea of the
donation of great fabric. One question to those who might be in the
know, isn't there still a requirement of approval for any donation in
excess of $250?  If so, we will need to know how much they want to list
the donation for so we can get said approval before the SCA ends up
having to keep track of XXXX value in fabric.
