Please read below. While we cannot quarden off any land in advance I will do my best to make sure that everyone who lets me know, will be able to camp together. This year, in an effort to be more fair about land use, we have decided to ask, nay, beg, everyone that is not part of the set-up crews to wait until noon on Friday to enter the site and set up their gear.  The great hope is that our set-up crews' ladders and vehicles and whatnot will be out of the way, and the merchants will be on site and secured before everyone else arrives.  This would clear some much-used streets, as well.  
 
I have also been asked, and agreed to, not allowing huge tracts of land to be 'held' by anyone, and 'reserved land' only for the tent footprints of Royalty (and they're staying in an RV) and the handicapped. This is because the ADA regulations, which we adhere to out of courtesy to our handicapped members, require easy access to fields, halls, and potties.  Since I won't know who these folks are until they arrive, it will be difficult to grant them what they need AND allow the 'holding' of large spaces.
 
Now, Their Excellencies' list field pavilion is an entirely different matter.  If you will forward to me its dimensions (including ropes and guylines), you will arrive on that field to find a labeled space.
