[Elfsea] Today is the Kingdom of Heaven demo -Come one, come all!

Greetings everyone 
 
The "Kingdom of Heaven" demo is today. 
 
Some last minute details....
 
*Bring stuff!  Show off your hard work.  
 
*Bring stuff to do, whatever it may be.  Play an instrument, sew a garment, embellish a collar, weave a belt, etc....
 
*Bring covers for mundane items. We want our area to be as "period"  and as visually pleasing as possible.
 
*Bring water, bring sunscreen if you are going to be outside with the fighters.
 
*Bring rope if you have some laying around (for the list poles)- and if you can bring some, email me back so I  don't have to do a Wally-World trip :D (And thanks if you can bring some)
 
*Bring money to see the movie - We are hoping to go to the late showing at either 9:15 or 10:15.  Sorry no  passes or discounts were offered (We are very grateful to the theater for letting us be there)
 
Here is the plan so far.  HG Miguel will be out in front of the theater heading up the fighting.  We might need someone to marshal.
 
On the inside, we will be setting up another roped off area for the European dancers and for the Middle Eastern Dancers. Dancing will probably go in shifts. You will probably need a boom box with batteries.  In front of them, will be the A&S display.  Ciard and I will be there around 4-4:30.
 
Demo is roughly 5-9pm.  Fighting may end earlier

We need you, too! This is the perfect way to get people that are already interested in our time period in one place to pitch our wonderful organization.
