 Required Skills & Experience:

   - Must have 3-5 years of professional experience in development 
   - Microsoft .NET, C# Winforms development experience 
   - SQL Server DBMS experience 
   - Object Oriented development processes/lifecycles (UML) and 
   supporting tools 
   - Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering 

Desired Skills & Experience:

   - Recent development experience in .NET (C#) 
   - Previous development experience in Microsoft Technologies 
   - Knowledge of the principles of Object Oriented Analysis and Design 
   - XML, XSL, Microsoft XML parser or knowledge or other XML standards 
   - Ability to estimate accurately and produce deliverables to that 
   estimate 
   - Understanding of the importance of quality activities within the 
   software lifecycle (unit testing, acceptance testing and code/design 
   reviews) 
   - Experience with .NET Remoting
