[Elfsea] Herald stuff and apology

I am apologize that I have inconvenienced a great many people at populace tonight. At business meeting I stated I would be giving back all paperwork  herladic submissions I had in my possession.  Rather than do this I have decided to go ahead and complete all these submissions with help. 
I apologize for letting my friends down.
I apologize for letting my barony down.
 
Please in the future if you do have an issue with any of my actions please come and talk to me.
