[Elfsea] Anyone coming to Estrella?

hold out some semblance of hope.

So, anyone from Elfsea, Dragonsfire Tor, Loch Ruadh
and elsewhere in the Central Region planning on coming
to Estrella War this year (2/14-2/20/06)? If so,
