[Elfsea] Coronation meetings and wall painting

Greetings all! 
I want to have three meetings for organizers and helpers for Coronation.
As many people as we can get to attend the better. The meetings will be
spread out with one in November, one in December and one the Sunday
before Coronation. The goal is to make sure that we are all on the same
page and also do some banner/wall painting and portable stand
construction. 
November is rather full with events so I am going to just pick a
weekend. If you would like to volunteer your house for painting and the
meetings please let me know. Our apartment is way to small for a group
of people larger than 4 or 5. If we do not have houses volunteered we
will have to do the meetings at a local restaurant and the painting at
the Boys Ranch in Bedford. If we have a house volunteered we could make
the meetings a potluck of sorts so no one goes hungry. 
Dates and times for meetings: 
November 6 (Sunday) 12-6 
December 10 (Saturday) 12-6 
January 8 (Sunday) 1-6 
If you see any conflict with these dates please let me know. Thank you
