[Elfsea] Defender Award Recs

Greetings Elfsea from Master Philip White,

Just a reminder that Thier Excellencies of Elfsea will be needing to hear 
your words concerning awards for Elfsea Defender.  It is important for both 
the Baron and Baroness and the Crown to hear your words.  Please email them 
directly if you have seen anyone working or doing great arts.  Remeber, they 
can not be everywhere and see everyone. Describe why you think the people 
are deserving and state the award you think they need (remeber to check the 
OP).  And, even if your those awards are not given, it is still good word 
fame.
