Actually, I think you would need permission from the financial committee.
The B&B have no control over this except as members of the committee. Of
course, consulting with them would be the polite thing to do. 

The only problem I see is we should give whatever we give to another 501(c)3
e.g. Salvation Army, Red Cross, etc and not to individuals.

off of our inventory, and anything that comes in from them is listed as
donation to the barony.  with permission to liquidate from their
