[Elfsea] Practice

Rapier practice is still officially cancelled for today. Centurion Daire & I
spoke last evening and as far as I know Heavy is too.

I apologize but I have a house full of evacuees & their pets & am pretty
busy so if anyone goes out to Veterans Park, it will be an unofficial
practice.
