[Elfsea] New web site

[Rixende de Rouen]

I like the new site! I think it has LOADS of potential. However, I was
unable to register as a user. It kept telling me my password had to be at
least 7 characters and at least one number (my password met both of these
requirements)

Did I do something wrong?
