[Elfsea] New web site

The Elfsea web site at www.elfsea.net has been updated with a new site.
There are three "modes", access for the general public, access for people
registered to the site, and admin access. Most of the site is available to
the general public at this time. The only exception is the list of people
registered to the site and their contact information. However, in the
future, I expect to see other information that is only available to
registered people.
 
To register, choose the tab Membership and fill in the blanks. You should
get an email and I will get a copy so I know to enable your access. This two
step process is necessary to keep spammers out of the site. All your
information is available only to others who are registered and I have
approved. 
 
If you see anything on the site which is incorrect (Armand's sharp eyes have
already found a couple of things and I have corrected them), then please
send an email to vscribe at elfsea.net so that I may fix them.
 
Future expansions (not in order of priority) include providing a place for
PDFs of the Newsletters to reside, a registered-user files area where we can
share files (OP?), information about the guilds, areas on the Officer pages
that each officer may change without my intervention, ???? (your ideas
here). In the meantime, if you see anything that is missing, please tell me
about it.
