I made an executive decision all by myself (we are in trouble now).  There
were about 5 out of 33 people who used their titles (Baroness, Countess,
Lady, Sir). This made it harder to find people as you had to know both their
names and their titles and had to look in possibly two places. So I removed
all the titles. 
 
As a future enhancement, I may put the OP online and link the users to their
OP entry so you can see what each person has been awarded, but that is not
now.
