The Elfsea Tidings is the Barony's newsletter. It was renamed from The
Elfsea Scroll a year or so ago. You would not get it unless you have paid
the subscription to our Exchequer. It costs $12/year and comes out monthly.
Don Valentine is the Chronicler who creates the Tidings.
