[Elfsea] Tidings articles are due

Tidings articles are due Saturday morning at 9:00a.  This includes contact
information changes for the officer list - if you have assumed an office you
must send me the contact information you want published, along with the
sentence, "Permission granted to publish this in the Elfsea Tidings."  If
you don't do this, you won't see your new info in the newsletter.
