[Elfsea] Possible New Event Site - Briarwood Retreat, Argyle

Steppes has been looking for a future alternate Warlord site, I thought
I would pass this on to Elfsea as well since it is sort of on our side
of the world.

The Schola Saint George recently had a Medieval Sword and Buckler there,
so they are already used to people in funny clothes carrying swords...
