[Elfsea] Scribe's & Illuminator's meeting for March

Greetings from Mistress Stella-
Due to Gulf Wars we will not have a meeting of the Scribe's & Illuminator's
Guild in March. Our regular Monday meeting night falls during the war.
Please ignore the announcement in the March Tidings. We will do the quill
pen class at the April meeting. Sorry about the mix up.
