[Elfsea] A Herald for ElfSea Springfaire

I tried to email Master Richard, listed as the ElfSea Herald, for assistance, but I may not have the right email address.  

Their Majesties have a tradition of wishing to have less experienced Heralds do their royal courts.  I'm charged with finding them.  :)  Is there anyone (or more than one) who are less experienced, particularily if you've never done a royal court, who would be interested in doing some of these duties at ElfSea Springfaire?
