[Elfsea] Wow

I was doing the obligatory heraldic paperwork tonight, and had to recount my
results to make certain I was correct (5 times, mind you). I thought I would
share the news that in the past 2 weeks, there has been a total 12 name and
device submissions sent to the College of Heralds from Elfsea.

You guys totally rock!
