[Elfsea] Tidings articles

I know it's a holiday week and your minds are elsewhere, but if you're
planning on submitting for the December Tidings, please have your submission
to me by Saturday night.  I'm putting this together on Sunday when I return
from Bryn Gwald, and won't have much leeway for late submissions if I'm
going to be ready to mail/disperse on Monday.
