Might I make a suggestion?
Maybe the weekend of November 24-26th might be better.

Three Kings and the Autumn melees will be well attended by fighters, but
Sunday for the Defenders of the Rose Tourney has activities. I would think
that the Archers in our group who are also fighters would like to
participate at the Roses Tourney and might miss out on a local Sunday
Tourney.

November 24-26 is the weekend after Thanksgiving. Most people have from
Thursday through Sunday off from work and might like a change of pace from
all the biological familiy stuff that happens on Thursday and would like to
be with our SCA family instead as a nice cap from all the activities and
work off all the turkey stuffing consumed the three days before.

There are also no other Kingdom events to conflict with we might get a
better turn out all the way around.

Just a suggestion.
