[Elfsea] Mini-Tourney Sunday 10/8

Greetings Elfsea,
If you were not at fighter practice today, you missed a beautiful day for 
fighting.  The wind was present, the heat was mild, and we had many an 
on-looker.  We hosted a new fighter today along with a few hopefuls. 
Friendship and fighting were to be found at each turn.

Now for a day you won't forget soon.  Next Sunday, October 8th  at 2:00 pm 
in Veterans Park, I will be sponsoring a Mini Rapier and Mini Chivalric 
Tourney.  Format will be a Bearpit for both Rapier & Chivalric.   The length 
of the bearpits will be determined by the number of fighters present.  The 
prize for the winners of the bearpits will be a dagger hilt for the Rapier 
and a set of Demi Gauntlets for the Chivalric.  Other prizes may appear as 
donations are received.

Lady Aislyn of Glynwryd Fen will be donating a cook-out for all who attend. 
There will be hot dog, chips, etc for those who participate in the tourney 
or come to support our fighters.  If you would like to donate time, food or 
money, please contact Lady Aislyn. If you have any questions or would like 
to volunteer please contact me off the list.
