[Elfsea] Best (and least expensive) new fighters armor kit sources

Hello!
   
  Given the large amount of new fighters who are now attending practice, I have compiled the enclosed document detailing armour that is functional, attractive and a great value.  These armorers have a good reputation for timely delivery as well (although that is a notoriously variable thing).  
   
  Essentially, this is a blueprint to put together a suit of armor for under $200 (including sword and sheild baskets)...no joke.
