[Elfsea] First Draft Guardsmen ready for review

   In the first paragraph, second line "Barron" should be Baron
  In the second paragraph, "torment" should be "tournament" (though the original word DOES seem more appropriate sometimes...LOL)
   Delete the second "Elfsea's" in the third paragraph
 
   THere is nothing to note on the charter page.
