[Elfsea] Award Recommendations

Greetings Elfsea and Dragonsfire Tor!
 
I am writing to remind you that if you do not recommend them, they will not
be awarded! In other words, it's about 4 weeks until Defender and the Crown
needs recommendations from you for those deemed worthy. Their Royal
Majesties would like at least two weeks to be able to look over
recommendations, get them to Sable Scroll and then have Sable Scroll be able
to have time to get charters and scrolls completed and sent without having
to rush at the last minute. So NOW is the time to send those
recommendations. That will show consideration to the Crown and the folks
that they depend on. 
 
ANYONE can make an award recommendation for anyone. If you have never made
one before and are intimidated or unsure of how to do so, please visit

Recommendations for non-armigerous baronial awards can be sent directly to
Her Excellency Ameline or myself. However, all armigerous awards (AoA's or
higher) are granted by the Crown of Ansteorra and must be recommended to
them, though it is a nice courtesy to give us a heads-up too. It is
extremely helpful to include as much detail as possible as to why a gentle
deserve the recognition. It helps the presiding nobles or Crown speak
publicly about the recipient and enhances the special moment of recognition
for them and everyone present.
 
We look forward to seeing EVERYONE at Monday's populace meeting and the
baronial polling on Monday, 8/27 at 7pm at the Coor's Distribution Center in
Ft. Worth off Meacham Blvd and I-35W.
