[Elfsea] Sausage making this weekend

So what time do we come by for sausage sampling?  Someone has to do
quality control...  ;^)

		That's probably a good idea. It's pretty gross and the
ingredients

		are enough to make a buzzard sick.

		You may want to avert your eyes as I list the
ingredients.

		 

		Equal parts pork and beef

		1/4 that of bacon

		salt

		pepper

		sage

		marjoram

		 

		Okay, filling the hog casings may be weird to some
people but

		real sausage is not a scary thing.
