[Elfsea] Award Recs at Spring Fair

Maybe we should have a meeting of the A.R.S.E. and talk about prospective
candidates. We could dig a little depression and all sit in a circle around
it with our feet in the middle. 
 
We could send the heralds out to announce the meeting : All ARSEs are
requested to meet in the ARSE hole.
