[Elfsea] fighter practice thoughts

I wasn't completely clear, so please allow me to clarify.
Prior to posting my "Crandall was right" post, I spoke with the KEM, Sieur
Jean Paul, who quoted me specific information from the Kingdom Seneschal,
Duchess Julia, stating specifically that card-carrying member deputies
designated by the local group are indeed covered by the roster warrent sans
their actual appearance on said warrent.
I quote:
"Q: Are deputies warranted?
A: Even though deputies aren't listed on the roster warrant, the warrant of
the existing officer extends to his/her deputies. As such, it is important
that the deputy provide proof of membership and a copy of his drivers
license to the local officer and be kept on file. It would also be a good
idea if the KM listed this individual as his deputy in the local newsletter
so that everyone is aware of his deputy status.
Source:Duchess Julia, Kingdom Seneschal "
This quotation can be found on the Marshallate page of the Ansteorra website
under FAQ section.
My apologies that my prior brevity caused you to think that further research
was necessary.
