[Elfsea] The web site is back up

I needed to install the newest version of Ajax on my local system, modify
the web.config file a bit, and rebuild. When I published to the web site it
all worked.

BTW, we need more pictures of the members. Perhaps at the next event where
we all wear garb, I could set up a picture corner (very not Medieval, but it
works) and get pictures for those who want them.
