[Elfsea] New Practice Location

Though it is a bit to the East of the demographic center of our fighters, I
would recommend River Legacy Park in Arlington. It has plenty of room,
restrooms, water, covered areas, bbq pits, lots of parking, and lots of
people (but it is not crowded).

Greetings unto all of the fighters of Elfsea. Both heavy and light. Alaric
and myself have discussed moving this Sunday's practice to Gateway Park at
Beach St. and I-30, and we welcome your thoughts on the matter. Also we
welcome any alternative parks that might work be put up for consideration.
