[Elfsea] Cooks' Guild

The Cooks' Guild is starting up again. We would like to have an
organizational meeting at my home on Monday, November  5th. We will figure
out what we want to teach at subsequent meetings. As always, we will cook
something and consume it at the meeting. We usually get to eat very well. 

 

We will be prepared to teach a segment on knife care and use and suggest a
few of the topics for the next few months. Please bring your ideas and an
open mind.

 

Subsequent meetings may be held at other locations to spread the burden of
travel somewhat. That will be another topic of the night.
