To those brave and hardy souls who travelled the many miles from Elfsea to attend Crown Tourney...thank you. I so appreciated the help and assistance everyone gave me towards fulfilling the wish of our Baroness for a bounteous hospitality table. We had delicious goodies and drinks, and the table Her Excellency provided was fitted well with a fine linen covering. The ambience was assisted by all those who contributed food items served attractively and in period appropriate containers and platters. Thank you!

HL Aeslyn not only was stunnungly beautiful in her glorious pink silk gown, she was charming in her role as Head of Entourage and continues to teach the best aspects of being a Lady by word and deed. Watching her and listening to her I know I appreciate her efforts as Senechal even more than I did before. All the Barony knows and enjoys the dry wit MiLord Fergus brings to any Event he attends. We were not disappointed!

Sir Thomas and HL Rixende, as always. played beautifully. Sir Thomas fought like a veritable lion in the lists adding much to the glory of Elfsea by his skill and chivalry. Vivat to him for his new Heraldic Honor! MiLady Maggie informally entertained those of us blessed to be close enough to hear her stunningly skillful bardic rendition of a marvelous tale of chivalry and humor after Evening Court.

Sir Louis and his lovely Lady graced the Baronial Pavillion with their presence and added charm, wit, and honor to the Baronial Dignity as well as being perfect examples of Chivalry and Hospitality.

Sir Morgan Buchanan from Steppes personally assisted me to present a small gift to Her Majesty the Queen. He graciously offered his arm to help me navigate the hazards of guide wires and tent poles which my limited vision turns into a mine-field of potential hazards. Thank you Sir Morgan.

Lady Lucianna as always was a valuable and very charming part of the Elfsea contingent. She offered food and drink with quiet dignity to everyone who stopped by to visit and made sure all felt comfy and welcome. Thank you Lucianna.

His Excellency, Count Romanus was clever, witty, and a great deal of fun to flirt with. It was good to have an opportunity to visit with him without being concerned about taking up too much of his time.

The presence of Master Caelin on Andrade added a sense of security that anyone needing the skills of a Chiurgeon would be well attended.

Her Excellency, Countess Regina Morningstar, was as always a valuable source of information, answering many questions about the List fighting, precedence, and offered many entertaining and knowledgable anecdotes about the past History of Ansteorra.( A personal thank you to her for her assistance after Evening Court when I had a temporary health emergency. She handled the problem with my eye skifully and quickly.) She and her Lord Michaud de Seveginy were celebrating their 12th wedding anniversary and generously shared their celebration cake with everyone. Thank you, Your Excellency!

No one watching our Baron and Baroness would ever have suspected how new they are to their Baronial Honor. They entertained all with grace, assurance, and courtesy.
Their delightful daughter young Miss Caelin assisted with willing hands and a cheerful heart each time she was asked to help with food and hospitality. She exhibited a confidence and charm rarely found in young ladies of her tender years. I was so proud to be with them, and can assure all those iunfortunates unable to attend Crown that the Barony of Elfsea was represented with splendor and dignity by Their Excellencies. My sincere thanks to Their Excellencies and all who attended!

Vivat to His Grace Duke Patrick Michael and Her Grace Duchess Julia on becomming the new Heirs to the Stellar Crown of Ansteorra!

If somehow I forgot to mention your name in my thanks, please accept my sincere apologies. I believe my eyes are still so shining with pride and gratitude for all who represented our Barony so well at Crown Tourney that my memory may be impaired.

In service to the Dream,
Rosmerreyn Carew de Courcelles
Gules, a Man's Heart Or, in chief three mullets Or
Member of Entourage for Their Excellencies, The Baron and Baroness of Elfsea
