[Elfsea] Your New Rapier Marshal

[Rixende de Rouen]

Greetings Unto the Barony of Elfsea from HL Rixende, Central Regional Rapier
Marshal.

Last night at Moot I announced that Don Alaric Greythorn is the Barony's new
Rapier Marshal. Please join me in congratulating him. However, due to the
late announcement, I forgot one very important thing, that was to thank Lady
Genna for her service, continuing her office for several months on a warrant
extension so that we would not be without a warranted marshal.

For Don Alaric and Lady Genna, VIVAT!
