[Elfsea] Change of plans for ReceptiVigil

For those that wanted to come over to our place on Wednesday night,
the meeting is changed to the NEXT Wednesday. So not this week
but the next one. Elizabeth has to go out of town for work so we'll
just do it the next Wednesday.
